Issue:

Failed to update a product or variant due to the Shopify shop being unavailable due to maintenance or an issue on your Shopify website.

Solution:

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

• Reach out to Shopify Support for assistance with resolve the error of unavailability of your Shopify shop.
• Once Shopify shop is available again, on your Stock2Shop console, navigate to Queue > View.
• Under search results, find the relevant queue item.
• Click on the three vertical dots and click Try Again.
